WebAPP has released version 0.9.9.6, which is a major overall security upgrade. Also added are a number of bug fixes and some feature improvements.

WebAPP had security audits done by professionals, and several previously uncovered major security issues were found, along with some more minor things that can negatively impact security.

WebAPP considers this version the beginning of an ongoing phase of development with security as the primary focus. The time has finally come for WebAPP to tighten up and stick to a policy of clean code as a priority over more features. We are proud to make it to this point and look forward to the future WebAPP script getting continuously better in both clean core code and security.

New and useful features are on the table and some already partially developed, and they will be added when ready, and we will continue to work though the WebAPP Wish List submitted by members, but the focus on good coding practices will remain as the primary goal.
